Programme aims
Generating trading income will allow them to shore up their finances, become less grant reliant and generate unrestricted income that has the flexibility and scalability to help them grow sustainable and resilient organisations.

Managing Finances
This workshop covers key financial management essentials like budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. Participants will learn practical strategies to improve decision-making and ensure their organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

Smart Marketing Strategy for Social Enterprises and Charities
This workshop will walk participants through the steps to create their own custom marketing strategies. They will leave with a process to follow that is both ambitious and achievable with steps included on how to implement and maintain the strategy.

Digital and Using AI for your Social Organisation
Participants will leave feeling more confident in the role that digital technologies such as AI can play within their organisation. It will give them practical ways of scaling their work using digital tools with fewer resources.

Building Income for Social Impact Through Sales
This workshop provides the essential strategies needed to boost traded income through sales. It includes how to identify who you can sell to and how to engage them.

An Introduction to Social Impact Measurement
Participants will gain an understanding of the principles of social impact measurement. Impact measurement is an effective way of demonstrating the value you create to customers, investors, funders and donors.

How it works
- Each workshop runs twice.
- One person can book each workshop per organisation to ensure these workshops reach as many organisations as possible.
- You can attend as many workshops in the series as you like but you will need to book them all seperately.
- All workshops cost £10 each.
- Choose and book the workshops through the links above.
- We will run a check to ensure you are based in the West Midlands.
- You will be sent a Zoom link in your confirmation and two days before the workshop.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so that someone can take your place.
