Programme dates

The programme runs from February 2025 – November 2025 and will consist of 4 in-person days held in the West of England and 3 online days taking place on Zoom.

Who should apply?

This programme is for purpose-led organisations operating in the West of England that are ready to scale their impact. To qualify, you must:

  1. Be located in the West of England (Bristol, North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, or South Gloucestershire) and focus on social or environmental impact within the region.
  2. Be mission-driven: Your organisation should have a clear focus on social or environmental objectives and be looking for opportunities to improve your operations and scale your impact.
  3. Hold a leadership role: This programme is for leaders with strategic oversight of their organisation, typically founders or senior managers. You must commit to attending the full programme, as group dynamics and peer networking are key to success.
  4. Meet the organisation criteria:
    • Your organisation must have been trading for at least 3 years.
    • You should have at least 3 team members (either PAYE staff or regular freelance/contract workers).
