Identifying Target Markets, Customers and New Revenue Streams

Understand the landscape of potential clients and define the characteristics of ideal customers for your social enterprise. Identify new revenue stream ideas.

Sales Activity and Targets

Setting and achieving business development goals, including establishing practical sales targets. Participants will learn how to measure success in their sales efforts and identify the critical sales activities that drive revenue generation

Reaching Your Target Audience

Explore various channels and methods for effectively reaching and engaging your target market. This includes digital marketing, community engagement, and partnerships.

Led by sales and non-profit expert Joanna Sadie

Joanna has over 22 years of sales, sales training, sales consultancy and recruitment experience. She has extensive commercial experience gained from over 12 years in the competitive world of media and newspaper advertising sales, where she held a number of senior sales and account management positions.

In 2000 she established Leapfrog. Through Leapfrog, she has consulted, trained and coached a wide variety of SME businesses across a range of industries, including technology, marketing, media, non-profit and professional services, to help improve the performance of their sales teams working with them to increase turnover, penetrate new markets and develop relationships with existing clients.
